Returns and delivery

Items bought from the antiques traders are on a ‘sold as seen’ basis and no returns are possible.

For retail items we want you to be pleased with your purchase and we understand that sometimes things are not quite right.

If you’ve changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition, with packaging, labels and proof of purchase and we will refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. We will refund to the person who originally purchased the goods and onto the same card/method of payment.

Exceptions. the following are excluded from our returns policy unless they are faulty:
Sale / discounted items.
Perishable goods such as flowers, plants, trees & food items.
Bespoke and/or special orders.
Beauty products that have been unsealed and opened.
Candles that have been unsealed and opened.
Gift vouchers.
Antique / vintage items.

Accessibility

• Accessible Access: Our main entrance has automatic doors for easy access.
• Interior space, shop, and cafe: Our aisles are wide and well-spaced to accommodate wheelchairs and mobility aids.
• Upstairs: Regretfully, the building does not have a lift, so we’re unable to offer wheelchair access to the upstairs part of the shop.
• Accessible Toilets: We have designated accessible toilets with the necessary support features.
• Staff Assistance: Our team members are happy to offer assistance with any needs you may have during your visit.
• Blue Badge bays: We have two parking bays dedicated to Blue Badge holders.

Table booking

You don’t need to book a table to visit our cafe, but if you want to make sure there’s a space available for a party of 10 or more give us a call on 01789 631070.

Dog-friendly cafe

We love dogs at HUDSON’S and well-behaved dogs on leads are always welcome to join you in our cosy cafe, but we do ask that dogs are not brought into the shop area.
